Ashland, Oregon (October 18, 2021) Work Sharp announced today that a United States District Judge in the District of Oregon awarded Work Sharp a default judgment against an unauthorized reseller of Work Sharp products. In a written opinion, the Court found that the defendant infringed Work Sharp’s trademarks and copyrights with product sales through unauthorized product listings. The Court awarded Work Sharp disgorgement damages of $48,000 and attorney’s fees of $16,000.
