Our strategic plan, Lynn 2025, calls for elevating the Lynn University experience and building on our strong foundations to continually improve and adapt. To keep up with our current enrollment growth and accomplish our objectives, Lynn identified a need to work more efficiently across departments, reducing silos and enhancing collaboration.
In 2019 and 2020, multiple departments collaborated on a project to improve our business processes for employees and students. The project resulted in Lynn's adoption of Workday's on-demand, best practice and cloud-based financial and human capital management solutions.
